Terms of Service

1. The service

Ricoberi is a lead-recovery CRM that scores your contacts, surfaces at-risk deals and drafts outreach messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or authorized to act for a business.

3. Your data and responsibilities

You retain full ownership of the contact data you import. You confirm you have a lawful basis (under GDPR or other applicable law) to process and contact the people in your book, and that your outreach complies with anti-spam and marketing laws. Ricoberi processes this data only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or unlawful marketing.
• No uploading of data you have no right to process.
• No attempts to breach, probe or overload the service.
• No reselling of the service without written permission.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts, scores and insights are generated by AI and provided as suggestions only. You review and approve every message before it is sent, and you are responsible for the content you send.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed per seat as shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination and data export

You may delete your account at any time and export your contacts, history and drafts beforehand. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and contact
