Done-for-you integration service

What it is

Our integrations team migrates your data into Ricoberi for a fixed price - no hourly surprises:

• Standard - $150: one data source (CRM export, mailing list, spreadsheet), full mapping, deduplication, first scoring run.
• Premium - $250: up to three sources unified into one clean book, custom field strategy, first win-back campaign configured, and a 45-minute training call.

How it works

1. Submit a request on the Integration Services page.
2. Within one business day we reply with a short intake (what systems, roughly how many records).
3. You send exports (or grant API access). We handle the rest and deliver within 5 business days.
4. You get a handover summary: what was imported, how it was mapped, what was merged.

Is it right for you?

Order it if your book is over 500 rows, spread across several systems, or full of legacy fields you don't want to untangle yourself. If your data is one clean file under 500 rows - the self-service import takes 10 minutes and is free.
