Plans, access codes and billing

Invite-only access

Ricoberi opens in waves. You enter with an access code (e.g. RICO-ABC123) at registration, or join the waitlist and receive a code when a spot opens.

Coupons and discounts

Access codes can carry a plan and a discount - free, percentage or fixed amount - either lifetime or for a limited period (e.g. 3 months). Your active benefit appears on the Plan page.

Upgrading

Go to Plan in the sidebar to compare tiers and upgrade self-service. Changes apply immediately.

Common questions

• My code says invalid - codes are single-batch with limited redemptions and can expire. Ask the person who sent it, or join the waitlist.
• My discount period ended - the plan continues at the regular price; you're notified before the change.
• Invoices / receipts - contact support with your account email.
